Generative video produces the best and the worst. The difference isn't the model — it's the production discipline around it. Here is the method we apply on brand spots.
Hour 0–4: the campaign bible
Before any generation: exact product, palette, typography, visual era and casting locked into a campaign bible. Every generated shot will be constrained by this reference — anything that deviates is regenerated, no exceptions.
Hour 4–12: the anchor image
A still-image storyboard validated by the client, shot by shot. Video generation starts from these anchors: that's what guarantees the product stays the product, from first frame to last.
Hour 12–32: multi-shot generation
One single 15-second multi-shot generation from the storyboard, rather than fourteen clips stitched together: native continuity between shots, clean transitions, and roughly three quarters less generation cost than the shot-by-shot approach.
Hour 32–48: audio and master
